Being a counrty gal, I enjoy preparing down-home country meals for my family. Sugar-Free Lemonade Popsicles

These popsicles are meant for grown-ups, as they are tart & tangy, and quite lemony in flavor. If your fond of lemonade like I am, then you'll surely enjoy these popsicles.

Sugar Free Lemonade Popsicles

1 (0.3 oz.) box Sugar Free Lemon Jell-O Gelatin
1 (1/2 oz.) tub sugar-free lemonade flavored drink mix
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water

Stir together until dissolved, the sugar free gelatin and boiling water. This should take about one minute.

Then add the cold water, and stir.

Add the sugar-free lemonade drink mix, and stir.

Pour the liquid into popsicle molds, and place them in the freezer. I filled my popsicle molds 3/4's full, and froze them overnight in the freezer.

To remove popsicles from the plastic molds, run them under hot water for a few seconds.

Note: To make these popsicles, I used 12 (3-ounce) popsicle molds. Also, the sugar free lemonade drink mix I used was, Fit Active, which I purchased from Aldi's.

Mother's Day Cake (2010)

This is the cake my daughter Jenny made for me on Mother's Day!

This delicious cake had a bavarian cream center in the middle of the cake.

My husband's birthday cake!

Today is my husband's 55th birthday!
Here's a picture of my sweetie's birthday cake.
No, I did not make the cake, but rather purchased
it from Sam's Club. The cake was yellow with a
strawberry filling, mixed with real strawberries.
The frosting was a non-dairy whipped frosting.
Needless to say, my husband and I enjoyed the cake!

My Bakers Rack

This is my bakers rack which is placed between my kitchen
and dining room. Sometimes I like to display various kitchen appliances on the rack.

Our Dining Room

This is our hutch in our dining room.
I decorated it with a 'country' theme of apples & roosters.

My computer, tv, and desk is located in the dining room.

The cows in the pasture picture is hung
between the kitchen and dining room.

Here's one of three pantry's we have in our home.
This picture is taken of the pantry off from our dining room.
